Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at Milton Marlins, you will lead swimming programs and provide lessons tailored to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a strong love for swimming, effective communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers to appreciate and respect the water. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Milton, WI.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to all age groups and levels
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
