Job Description
Are you a student at with a passion for swimming? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for inspiring young swimmers? If so, Swim Reedsburg in Reedsburg, WI is looking for a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead swimming programs, provide individual and group lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, and foster a love and respect for the water.
Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements:
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
