Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at Ashwaubenon Swim Club, you will be responsible for leading swimming programs and delivering individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are enthusiastic about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Green Bay, WI.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Evaluate student progress, offer feedback, and provide guidance
Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children.
