Woodson Y Northern Swimmers is searching for Summer Swim Instructors in Mosinee, WI to Teach Swim Lessons

At Woodson Y Northern Swimmers, we are looking for a Swim Instructor who will lead swimming programs and deliver personalized lessons to children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to develop a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Mosinee, WI.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
