Pulaski Area Swim Club is hiring swim instructors for Summer lessons in Pulaski, WI

As a Swim Instructor at Pulaski Area Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer individual and group lessons designed for children of different ages and abilities. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have great communication skills, and can motivate young swimmers to have a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team and work at our Pulaski Area Swim Club in Pulaski, WI.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and support as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels, preferably in an educational or instructional environment
• Strong swimming skills with knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• Certification in CPR & First Aid (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and creative teaching abilities
• Effective behavior management skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
