Job Description
Are you a swim instructor who is passionate about teaching children and inspiring a love for swimming? Join our team at Menomonie Area Aquatics in Menomonie, WI as a Swim Instructor. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to children of varying ages and skill levels
• Create a safe and fun learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with calm professionalism
• Passion for swimming and working with children
