I have never rented a storage facility before, but have heard a host of horrible stories. This made me apprehensive to book a unit, but due to some moving situations it needed to be done. And honestly, it had been a splendid process. Superior Storage is an extremely clean facility, their staff are kind and helpful, and the entire process was so easy. I had lots of questions along the way and representative were constantly available via email, phone, and in person to help out. They provided me with a secure lock (great bonus) and the unit was in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Storage!
