It was a little hard to figure out how to work the lock for the unit, but once we did it was simple after. The unit was very cleaned and customer service was very nice. Paperwork didn’t take long at all. I think the pricing is just a little steep, but this is my first time getting a unit so it could just be me. I just think that I’m paying over $100 a month, I should be able to access 24/7.

Pretty much everything was great. Only minor complaint is that they should have many more carts available. While we were moving in, several groups were waiting for carts.
